Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how users of the EVIQTech mobile application
(package name com.eviqtech.app, published by EVIQTech) can request
deletion of their account and associated data.
Who this applies to
You have an EVIQTech cloud account if you connected a SuperSmart device to the cloud through the app (by providing your email during device setup) and received an activation email from us. Local-only use of the app (discovering and controlling devices on your own Wi-Fi network) does not create an account and stores no personal data on our servers.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your EVIQTech account and all data associated with it, send an email to:
with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address registered with your EVIQTech account.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and process the deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your user account and login credentials on
iot.eviqtech.com - Your profile information (name, email, contact details)
- Devices claimed to your account and their cloud configuration
- Telemetry and historical data reported by your devices to the cloud
What data may be retained
We may retain a limited set of data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, for the period stated below:
- Transaction / billing records — retained as required by applicable law
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely; this data cannot be linked back to you
- Backup copies are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days
